HP increased tech industry layoffs tenfold this year
Layoffs in the tech industry are 10 times higher so far this year than they were for the same period in 2011—and it’s all thanks to the hard cuts CEO Meg Whitman has put in place at Hewlett-Packard.
Probably not the impact on the industry they were looking for.
